1. Review & Invoice
Our team will review your project details and confirm anything we need on our end. If your proposal includes an upfront payment, you will receive an email with your invoice shortly.
2. Payment
If your proposal includes upfront payment, once that payment is received, we will move your project into the scheduling queue.
3. Scheduling and Field Work
We will schedule your survey as soon as possible. If anything may slow down our field crew—such as locked gates, pets or livestock, or known access restrictions—now is the time to let us know. We will communicate any schedule changes if they arise. If we need anything further from you, we will reach out by phone or email.
4. Final Deliverables
If your project includes final deliverables—such as a map, plat, property description, or report—we will notify you as soon as they are ready. Any remaining balance will be invoiced at that time. Once payment is received, your completed deliverables will be released to you.
After your project is finished, we’ll follow up to be sure everything meets your expectations. If you feel we’ve earned it, a quick Google review is always appreciated and helps other landowners know who they can trust with their survey work.
